Challenge Partners Junior School

Mount Stewart Junior School is a member of Challenge Partners.

They are a national charity, owned and led by schools, who work together to lead school improvement. At Mount Stewart we are committed to continually developing every area of the school to give children the very best learning opportunities throughout their time with us. Being a member of Challenge Partners helps us by giving us: annual reviews carried out by a team of reviewers to validate the school’s judgements and challenge us to be even better, access to a range of support from fellow member schools and a focus for collaboration with other local member schools to drive improvements for all of our children.

We are part of the Chrysalis hub and work closely with other local schools including Claremont High School, Sudbury Primary, Kingsbury Green Primary and Alperton Community School.

Our first review was carried out by Challenge Partners in March 2019.  The report can be accessed below.  Our review this year highlighted our leading practice in Leadership and School Improvement Strategies.  We are also very proud to have been accredited with an Area of Excellence in Leading Community Curriculum Design.

We are extremely proud of the report as it celebrates the significant developments we have made since September 2017.
